This paper presents the survey on various image dehazing approaches. An image can be degraded due to bad weather conditions such as fog, Haze, smoke etc. Image dehazing approaches help to remove the present haze from the input images and make the images more visible for human perception. These approaches are used in remote sensing, outdoor surveillance, object detection etc. In this paper, various advantages and disadvantages are described for each and every image dehazing approach. These approaches produce improved and correct color contrast of input images. The paper summarizes the best approach among existing dehazing method. |
