Abstract |
|
Organic LEDs is a semiconductor device, solid in state containing a conducting and an emissive layer between two electrodes to create light with application of electricity. The concept of hole or electron limited electroluminescence in OLED devices has made it renowned in display technology. Being lighter, thinner and more flexible than LEDs and LCDs, OLED has stepped into commercialization. In addition, the cost advantages of OLED make it lead to future applications. |
