Abstract |
|
This paper presents newly improved sequence of switching strategy for a direct AC to AC single-phase matrix converter (SPMC) by using the Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM). This improved strategy has been implemented by using MATLAB/Simulink software and for the switching, the two antiparallel Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) and diodes have been used. This new switching control process for a safe-commutation strategy is defined in this paper and implemented to several results sample verification and switching transients. This model is then used under different loading conditions for different frequencies to derive results. |
