Abstract |

The project deals with design of earthquake resistant apartment building using base isolation technique which may overcome the damage caused due to earthquake. Here analysis has been done to find out the behavior of structures using base isolation technique and design of building has been according to results we obtained in the analysis. 3D frame analysis is carried out using STADD Pro software and the design of all Structural members have been done using Limit state method of design, as per IS 456-2000,IS 875:1987&IS 1893:2002 are used. |
