In business IT, billing software refers to programs that handle the tracking of billable products and services delivered to a customer or set of customers. Some billing software also tracks work hours for billing purposes. These types of programs automate much of what used to be a time-consuming process of preparing invoices or other documentation. The Invoicing & Billing capabilities of EZ BILLING Accounting Software automatically generate customer invoices for lump sum, cost plus, time and material or unit price contracts, or any combination of contract items for a single job. User-defined schedule of values facilitate detail invoice layouts, as well as summary invoices when a detail breakdown is not required. |
