Abstract |

There are various project implementing agencies (PIAs) under the department of rural development. PIAs have to provide proof of placement they have trained and placed. Documents such as pay slip and bank statement. A lot of documents are submitted across the country by various PIAs. These submitted documents can be plagiarized or forged. This paper represents a system which detects forged and plagiarized documents. This project proposes two different solutions for measuring textual similarity: word net project to measure semantic similarity and edit distance between strings. |
