Amendment and Testing of Aqua Silencer for Mahindra Yuvraj 215 Tractor

In present few years, air pollution is biggest problem in India as well as in whole world probably a human body breaths 22000 times a day and inhaling 15kg to 22kg of air per day. Inhaling polluted air can cause physical illness, and also have hazardous effect in nature of life on earth. There are several pollutants affecting the environment spread by many of vehicles, among which one of them is tractor. Main pollutants contributed by tractor engine exhaust are Carbon monoxide (CO), Unburned Hydrocarbon (UBHC), Oxides of nitrogen (NOx) and Lead, Sulphur dioxide (SO2). Main sources of air pollution are not only tractor application but several other sources are there such as thermal power plants, industrial applications, etc. Noise pollution is also one of the major problem occurs due to tractor exhaust gases, and this is because of the large engine size. Concept of aqua silencer utilized to reduce pollution and noise level due to tractor engine while farming and agricultural application. This task fulfill by replacing the original silencer in tractor with aqua silencer arrangement. Aqua silencer for tractors is attempt in the direction of reduction of polluted components in exhaust gases and also to reduce noise level of 4stroke diesel engine.
