Abstract

The experimental investigation on strain hardening behavior of Aluminium material grade namely Al6063 was performed under the uniaxial stress state and plane stress state condition. Aluminium with height and diameter ratio of taken in this experiment. The instantaneous strain hardening exponent (Ni) and the instantaneous strength coefficient (Ki) were determined for aspect ratio for all two different stress state conditions and Graphs are plotted for various stress – strain ratio & relative density after compare the result to another material then the results were analyzed instantaneous strain hardening exponent (Ni) and the instantaneous strength coefficient (Ki).
