The Key to Make People Entrepreneur By Filling up the Gap of Skills

In our country where unemployment is a major issue, entrepreneurship is undoubtedly the way to empowerment. However, for making our youth an entrepreneur it is necessary to make them skilled. Entrepreneurship is viewed as an important pillar for each country's growth, job creation and innovation. This study aims to explore the concept of skills at a particular scale measurements required to make beneficiaries capable of either getting a job or starting up their own start up to provide jobs to others at multiple disciplinary perspectives. In this research paper, we will describe a topic from a factual standpoint about the gap, which should be filled up to the brim by the entire team of NGO's (non-government organizations) and educational institutions to make the beneficiaries actually capable of starting up their own enterprise or business. This report will reveal about the specific follow up which should be taken while applying methods that are required for making it possible by analyzing the different viewpoints I got during my training period from a factual focus on the findings, methodology or conclusions of other researchers and will conclude such a paper with a summation of the findings and a suggested framework for further.
