Abstract |

This research paper focuses on the Development of framework for managing the raw material inventory at multiple construction site. Managing inventory of raw material for road construction site is very important as approximately 50% of the value is involved in procurement of material. Even it is more complex when the material is to be procured for multiple sites from one single point. To identify factor that are affecting to project control for successful implementation of managing the raw material inventory at multiple road construction sites. A questionnaire survey was conducted among various stakeholders to elicit information pertaining to the sustainable construction. Among all, 10 main criteria are finalized which further explores to 48 sub-criteria. The findings of this study will guide the decision makers to appraise the Framework for Multiple Construction Site. |
