Abstract |
This paper deals with design and implementation of a novel low cost- six wheels mine detection robot. The powering, driving and controlling circuits are illustrated. It is multitasks cooperative controlled robot for personal land-mine detection and provides video streaming to show the exact location where the landmine is buried. It is capable of operating very long time using a new mechanism for the mine detection. An efficient design of the rocker-bogie mechanism robot is obtained. A proximity sensor system that identifies the robot environment and operation is developed. The robot detects the mine with the help of the proximity sensor and streams the video enabling the operator to control the robot wirelessly from a safe distance. |
