Abstract |

Municipality makes many measures to maintain the cleanliness of the city. One of which is establishing dustbins in regular distance for the convenience of public to discard garbage. Cleaning this garbage is an important function of municipality which is directly related to health issues. Hence to make it easy for municipality as well as citizens of town a system is designed. The system mainly comprises of three modules; server, client and dustbin module. The ultrasonic sensor is used to sense the status of the dustbin, if it is full then the NODE MCU device is used to send alert message to server module about the location and the fill up status of the dustbin. The system implemented in practice will benefit to municipality and society. |
