Abstract

The Reliance Digital is a one stop store for electronics and consumer durables. Reliance Digital has been opened in Bidar on 8 December 2016. Customer satisfaction plays an important role in the success story of any business or company. In the highly grown markets, it is important to reach out to new customer and then keep the existing customer base. Many parameters or factors play a vital role in retaining the customers. Only satisfied customers would be retained as there is immense competition in company. This detailed report based on a study conducted to understand the "Customer Satisfaction towards Reliance Digital and its products", at Bidar. A comprehensive survey was conducted to get sufficient insight for the study. The findings of the study can be used by Reliance Digital to understand the customer satisfaction.
