Abstract |

Using Natural Language brings ease for any human being. This system helps user to easily retrieve data from database using simple English language. The user need not bother about the complex SQL queries. This project aims at developing a system which will accept English query from user and convert it into SQL. The main thing of natural language processing is its interaction between human being and computers so easily. NLP interface will interpret the English Query and generate the Query which system understands and transform the result. Asking Question to databases in natural language is a very convenient and easy method of data access especially for casual users who do not understand the complicated database query languages such as SQL. This paper proposes the algorithm for translating English Query into SQL using Semantic Grammar. |
