In this paper, in a deep drawing operation carried in Daulat Industries, Gaddi godam, Nagpur. It involves the analysis of Die and Punch used for deep drawing operation. The objective of the project is to design and analyses the die and punch used for deep drawing operation, to determine the part specification as it can bear the load of 50kg, to determine the blank size, to simulate the deep drawing operation, to increase the quality of product. This project involved gathering of functional and structural requirements of Die and Punch used for deep drawing operation, Finite element Modelling, Finite Element Analysis. The result is explained on the basis of a comparative analysis of probable designs. |
