Training is an important part of Human Resource Management. Training serves two purposes firstly it helps in Career development of Individuals and simultaneously it helps in growth of an Organization. An Overview is given about the Need, Importance and finally sequence of events followed during the process of Training. A lot of stress is laid upon evaluation of the Training that has been given to the employees to measure its effectiveness. |
