This experimental investigation is performed for determining Failure analysis of Robo operated pouring ladle which is undergoing failure at the crossection where handle and pouring cup joins. Here the analysis constitutes Hardness measurement, microstructural, composition and structural analysis by CAD software. Later in this study, a new proposed modified design is also incorporated which has low Von misis and Principal Stress. |
