Abstract |
|
The quantum efficiency of the ZnO / CdTe solar cell is studied by a simulation through this article. Thus, for the calculation of this efficiency, the absorption coefficients of the two semiconductors are used. Their expressions are given by the dielectric function ε. The effect of space charge area thicknesses, diffusion length and recombination rate explain the appearance of the quantum efficiency of the ZnO / CdTe solar cell. This allows us the different values that must be given, in order to optimize our solar cell. |
