Abstract |
|
This paper aims to study the effect of welding parameters such as welding current, flux and gas flow rate on ultimate tensile strength and hardness on Fe 410 by using activated fluxes such as MgCO3, Fe2O3 and mixture of both these with 50%-50 fluxes. These parameters are optimized by L9 orthogonal array. Another statistical such as ANOVA is also used to determine the percentage contribution of these parameters and then a linear relationship is established between these parameters and the output by using Regression analysis. |
