The Natural Composite Material is the one of the eco-friendly material. Banana, cotton roll fiber composite fabricated by means of hand lay method. The Natural Fiber Composite made in fiber volume fraction such as 35 % of banana alone,35 % Cotton alone, 25 % of banana and 10 % of cotton roll,10% of banana and 25 % of cotton roll. The mechanical properties of these composites investigated according to the ASTM Standard. At the end of the results shows that the 10 % of banana and 25 % of cotton roll fiber reinforced is highest strength among these volume fractions. The natural fiber Composites fabricated using banana fiber and cotton with varying length and loading. The analysis of mechanical properties of these composites carried out. The mixed properties of these composite shows the better result to compare with traditional materials. |
