Redesign and Development of Paper Recycling Machine

The present project work deals with the redesign and development of paper recycling machine. Paper recycling is important from the environmental perspective, as systematic collection and recycling of waste paper can significantly reduce the generation of environmental losses. Paper is one of the most important part of human life as we know schools, colleges, offices, businesses, anything is not possible without the use of paper. As paper production increases day by day so the paper sourcing raw material is emerging. As a result, natural resources are being exploited. Thus it is demanding to reuse the used paper. Therefore we are redesigning the paper recycling machine to reduce the human intervention and time required for recycling simultaneously by increasing the quality of recycled paper. It also makes the paper recycling process easy and helpful. The paper recycling machine consist of some major components like paper crusher, stirrer unit, rollers, conveyer belts, heating unit, pressing unit & power system etc.
