Abstract |
The impact of technological change on unemployment is a controversial matter. Artificial Intelligence and automation are destroying more and creating less jobs. The jobs of unskilled workers & labour are destroying by use of artificial intelligence technology and automation. Business models are changing in this competitive market. Business and industries are using technology to increases efficiency and performance of productivity. It also eliminates human errors and risk factor related to work. Because of this there is a negative impact of technological change on labour market and their wages. At the same time it is creating new jobs and opportunities for skilled workers. So people, employee and workers need to be flexible with technology and need to upgrade their skills to cope with demands created by technology. |
