In previous drilling machine many of the problems arise during drilling some part cannot drill due to small work space so we use hand drill in this cases but it cause alignment problem and damaging to work piece as well as drill bit so here we propose multi spindle drill which is mounted on table and used to drill hole on one component on both ways without interference Deep hole drilling can be a time consuming operation. The need to "Peck Drill" only serves to increase this problem. We has a control system that can drill from both sides of a suitable part at the same time and still eliminate the possibility of tool collision. |
