Abstract |

In our project has a simple and low cost Onion cutting machine, which can help generate employment in rural areas. Onions are peeled and collected in a basket. A person puts the Onion in the pipe. A motor is connected to the flywheel which moves the cutting blade and this cuts the Onion in to the equal size Onion continuously.One can apply some pressure on the Onions and the cutting will be collected to the other side of the machine. one can put the plastic bucket to collect it. |
