In day to day life various skin diseases are affecting human body, among these diseases skin cancer including both melanoma and non melanoma is growing rapidly, thus detection of skin cancer at the early stage becomes a bottle neck. There are basically three most common types of skin cancer, basal cell cancer, squamous cell cancer and Melanoma. This paper gives an overview of different methods of skin cancer detection methods used so far, along with the results obtained by various researchers. |
