Abstract |

In the proposed work a reduced count CHBMLI is designed using total eight number of switches and three DC voltage sources to generate a 11 level multilevel inverter. The implementation of the proposed topology is carried out for various level shifted sinusoidal carrier based PWM techniques. The performance analysis of the proposed topology is evaluated for resistive, inductive and induction motor load. The THD analysis has been done for the various loading and it is found that the proposed topology has better harmonic characteristics as compared to the conventional topologies. |
