Abstract |

Shunt FACTS devices offer highest benefit when placed at the centre on a long length transmission line [68] and off-centre location on a long transmission line [12]. When these FACTS devices along with PSS are used with the hybrid power system i.e. with hydro and wind generators, it gives comparatively better results when compared to system without these devices. |
