Abstract |

Permanent magnet synchronous motor drive has two controls; vector control and direct torque control. A Direct Torque Control technique by using Space Vector Modulation (DTC-SVM) for permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) drive is proposed in this paper. DTC-SVM technique improves the performance of PMSM, which provides low torque and flux ripple and fixed switching frequency. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is validated in Matlab/Simulink, environment. |
