Abstract |

E-learning is a useful tool for improving the quality of teaching and learning. It is a gives of modern science for the development of the traditional education system. Combination of conventional learning and e-learning, the education system can be more affluent and efficient. Education is one of the best keys for the development of a country and e-learning is one of the best ways to develop conventional education system. Compared with conventional education, e-learning has excellent advantages, which cannot found in conventional learning. Especially e-learning is more important for the underdeveloped country because it helps a lot, of college and University students to enrich their knowledge, especially on their preferred subject. This paper will show how to implement an effective e-learning system in an underdeveloped country. |
