This study is done for comparing some of the different face recognition techniques and discusses three applications in which face recognition is used. The comparison is mainly done on the basis of robustness of the system to various lighting conditions, occlusions, tilt, rotation and accuracy of the system. Biometrics is one of the best solutions used to enhance security. Face recognition is non- intrusive and the simplest way for person identification compared to all other biometric techniques. Face recognition have a great demand nowadays. |
