Abstract |

The construction industries are wide related to a high risk and uncertainty because of the character of its operational surroundings. This study aims to spot and value key risk factors and their frequency and severity than their impact in several styles of construction. A survey was conducted and a complete of fifty important factors were known and categorized into eight teams. These are: Owner, Consultant, Contractor, Design, Labor, Materials, Equipment, Project and External risk. |
