Abstract

Recruiters usually spend less than a minute looking at each resume when deciding whether it’s worth continuing the recruitment process with the candidate, because employers often receive a huge number of resumes. It’s almost impossible to guarantee a fair process of candidate selection based on their resume data. The main scope of this project is to tackle this issue by introducing a approach that give recruiters more time to only examine promising candidates. This application will improve the hiring process by giving an unbiased hiring decision support.
