Abstract |
The aim of this paper was to study the simulation process of a component in CATIA. CAM system is use to increase Engineering productivity, as well as efficiency in the quality of design. This process is important to enter the manufacturing process of various precision component of shape designed for automobile & aerospace industry. An application is propose for the milling procedure to process complex surfaces. To obtain high accuracy some criterias are used: correct choose of machine tool, path of the stock for machining, cutting speed and feed, selection of path to reduce machining time. The paper contains Image and NC codes, which obtained from simulation and numerical coding in CATIA. |
