Human Resources Management (HRM) has become one among the essential interests of managers and decision makers in most sorts of businesses to adopt plans for properly discovering highly qualified employees. Accordingly, managements become interested about the performance of those employees. Especially to make sure the acceptable person allocated to the convenient job at the proper time. From here, the interest of knowledge mining (DM) role has been growing that its objective is that the discovery of knowledge from huge amounts of data. Three main DM techniques were used for building the classification model and identifying the foremost effective factors that positively affect the performance. to urge a highly accurate model, several experiments were executed supported the previous techniques that are implemented in WEKA tool for enabling decision makers and human resources professionals to means and enhance the performance of their employees. We are using Hadoop tools for the handling of giant amount of knowledge with which may be assured which will positively affect the performance. |
