This article aims to discuss the literature review on real estate Project Management. Managing the project in the real estate is very complex process. The real estate developers go through the numerous activities for the development of the simple project up to the Property management. Also, number of factors which are directly or indirectly responsible for the development process. Hence it is important to carry out the study to understand the process of real estate development and various factors affecting it. This paper includes the study of various real estate management research papers and to analyse the methods which respected authors used. |
