The Gas Profile cutting machine is one of the essential machine tool in the workshop, in this study it has seen that when the high temperature burning flame is brought in contact with the material particle, the material particle melts and the inter-molecular bonding gets rupture to separate the material from each other. Here the design of various components required for gas cutting machine is made & calculations are interpreted in the paper. The proposal of project will thus provide considerable profitability at the shop floor & the firm on the whole. |
