Abstract |

We are developing a project in which employees are rated by their above Faculty on certain factors. The factor maybe skills, punctuality, approach toward etc. Several employees are working under a higher level employee. Higher level employee can give ratings to the employees under their supervision. Similarly, hierarchy of giving rating continues and so on. After giving the rating, overall percentage is calculated for an individual. This can be helpful for the highest level of employee to retrieving the data of any individual at the end of the month or year. |
