In this paper, various design principles are discussed relevant to design of a cast-in situ post tensioned box Girder superstructure. The objectives were to understand its structural behaviour and various methods are been presented which are being used by engineers to analyse and design standard box girder with sufficient accuracy so as to be adopted as standard procedure allowed all over the world. |
