Abstract

Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) has delivered the accessibility of small, tiny and low cost sensor nodes which are capable to sense various kinds of physical, ecological and environmental conditions, data assembling, data processing, transfer data from one node to another and wireless communication. The detecting capability of these sensors results sufficiency in applications areas. However Wireless sensor network needs effective routing protocols for data processing. The major challenges of Wireless sensor network are the design of healthy routing protocol. The basic purpose of designing the routing protocol is to established accurate and effective paths between one node to another in a secure manner. In this research paper two routing protocols AODV and DSR are compared and evaluate the performance of protocols by various parameters. That is total length of trusted path, network throughput, total energy consumption and total number of hopes with varying data traffic constant bit ratio (CBR) using MATLAB R2016a.
