Abstract |

Now a day’s grass cutting machine requires a lot of human efforts, time and electricity which is costly and time consuming and require high level of maintenance. Therefore, in this study, a solar energy charged grass cutter which is going to be operated by smartphone was designed and manufactured by using low cost equipment’s and easily available technology. During the design important aspects such as durability, strength, weight have been taken into consideration. This grass cutter is using solar panel based 12V rechargeable battery connected to DC motors and controlled by Arduino platform with ATmega328P microcontroller. This robot can be operated by smartphone this system is pollution free and having zero impact on greenhouse gas emission. |
