Abstract |
|
Through this paper an initiative is taken to observe the effect of composite material on EWR in die sinking EDM. In this paper, the effect of electrode wear rate (EWR) of Beryllium Copper is observed. The experiments were carried out for 2 mm depth of cut with three pulse current settings of 5A, 10A and 15A. Beryllium copper is known by its high fatigue strength, excellent wear and corrosion resistance. |
