Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) & “Production Part Approval Process†commonly known as ‘PPAP’. APQP &PPAP is an important part of the Process of product development allowing producers to evaluate the components and sub system which they from suppliers and establishing confidence in the suppliers’ management systems. Although individual manufacturers have their own particular requirements. In this research Paper we have Prepare the Documentation process and time study for the changing process flow of machining for Rivon Industry, MIDC, Kolhapur .and also submitted APQP and PPAP to the Customer. |
