Abstract

As of late the need of small scale innovations is developing quickly. Request for the micro scale miniaturized parts are expanding in ventures like electronics, aviation, optics, media transmission, medicinal, automobile and so forth where quality is the most noteworthy component. Micro-machining, micro‐molds and micro‐system are current engineering systems for the mass manufacturing of the 3D miniaturized scale parts with a precision of microns in an extensive variety of work piece material. Mechanical micro-machining is an essential strategy in small scale machining process which incorporates micro drilling and boring, micro turning and the most proficient micro milling. In this study we will perform a micro milling process on EN-31 amalgam work piece utilizing a High Speed Steel tool on the CNC machine. Our principle objective is to decide the ideal estimation of the process parameter normally utilized as a part of the micro milling forms which are Feed Rate, Spindle Speed and Depth of cut to diminish the yield parameter, for example, cutting force and Torque.
