Abstract |
|
In this research work, an electroencephalogram (EEG) based brain controlled wheelchair is designed with the assistance of Brain Computer Interface (BCI) by using service of NeuroSky Headset. Tetraplegia patients can’t move any part of their body below their necks. Application of this device will assist the Tetraplegia patients to maneuver self-sufficiently on their own. The movement of the wheelchair is controlled with help of variation of attention level of the patient. Turning on or off this device is controlled through double eye blink of the patient. Pictures based image has been added within the design of the wheelchair for assisting the patients varying their attention levels if needed. |
