The present invention relates to yield improvement of manufacturing process of trimethyl phosphite production process N-dimethylaniline continuous method, taking technical field belongs trimethyl phosphite system. The present invention is the water wash the product from the solvent by a centrifugal separator, and by a second caustic wash effectively remove the ammonium chloride salt, a good solution to the problem of clogging of the amine hydrochloride salt of the distillation apparatus & developed process is completely water isolate system. This process in achieved around 97% yield of TMP. |
