Abstract

Vehicle and pedestrian detection will be used on large-scale smart video surveillance, self-sufficient, intelligent auto, or on traffic assistance systems. We have to choose the OpenCV as a tool for the development of the implementation of vehicle-to-pedestrian detection in a video segment. This app has been developed in Python using OpenCV.
