An Autonomous Agricultural Robot for Pesticide Spraying

Abstract

In recent year new technologies are developed in Manufacturing and Design Technique all over the globe. So, it possible to innovate new technology agricultural field to over come the shortage of labour in rural area and to avoid public health problem. Precision agriculture offer a solution to critical problem like health issue, chemical lost etc and help farmer to improve productivity and efficiency very effectively. Agricultural spraying robot enables treatment of crop by spraying chemical at right amount and right location with human interference. In this paper shows the assembling and functioning of agricultural spraying robot which is mostly used constrained space like vineyard and greenhouse without affecting the plant and plant product. This robot used raspberry pi micro processor to automate the system by controlling all activity of the system like localization and navigation. Also, Human Robot Interference (HRI) is accounted while assembling robot in order to unskilled operator can easily handle it. The objective of our system are the development of agricultural robot and spraying management system that allow safe and accurate spraying operation.
